Lync presence changing to "In a call" after a call has finished.

We have several users whose presence is changing to in a call a few seconds after they have ended a call. This remains until the user changes it.

It goes as follows.

User In Call > Presence - In A Call > Hang Up > Presence -  Available > Second delay > Presence - In A Call

There's no setting that would do that or you could change.  Are you running Enterprise Voice or was there possibly an RCC setup in the past (or currently)?  Can you describe your setup a bit?  How many Front End servers are you running?  Does presence or personal note revert back at any other time?

We are using Enterprise Voice. Never used RCC.

We have a single front end server running Lync Server 2013.

Only 3 users experience this issue, the rest of the organisation is fine. It remains as In A Call indefinitely.

Is it 100% consistent?  If they log into another machine that's known working can they replicate the issue?
